We will learn about the different food groups with an interactive computer game where you can reach Planet Power by fueling their rocket with food and physical activity.

    In the high school we have 60 minute, one hour ; but in the free time I have 1 hour too, 3 times a week.

    HEALTHY —> Milk, vegetables, fruit…

    UNHEALTHY —> Cakes, Biscuits..( well they are healthy if we it them not frecuently)
