In this post you will learn about cooking vocabulary, and how to make recipes.

Activity 1: Learn this cooking vocabulary with these interactive sets of flashcards.

Activity 2: Are you hungry? Visit these three websites and find out an easy international recipe from a country you will be given.


Project: In pairs you will be given a country to choose a recipe which can be easily prepared at home. Take your own pictures of the process or final dish and insert the recipe in this shared book of recipes. You must include:

  • The ingredients and the number of peope
  • The preparation
  • The photos of the process or final dish
  • The map of the country with the flag


Deadline: 18th February 2013
